4 Way Burn
1st. Total Mind & Body Conditioning Upper and Lower Limbs, Torso (Core) and Trunk are simultaneously and proportionally challenged. That increases total caloric expenditure and the functional use of the body (most activities and sports use the entire bodyweight and gravity). The coordinated handling of the Performance Ball activates and challenges the mental awareness 100%, thus creating a mind- body play. The conditioning of mind and body (the mind trains the body, 50% each) is the base to total wellness and fitness.
2nd. Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Fitness Improved Heart and Lung capacity; the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems are both in use during the same session, burning more calories in one workout.
